I build every planter the same way-by hand in my New Berlin, Wisconsin workshop. Cedar, exterior-grade glue and screws, six sturdy legs, built on the same jig so everything's perfectly square. The only difference? No stain. Just beautiful, honest wood that does its thing naturally. Cedar resists rot on its own, so the unstained version is just as durable as the stained one.
